Having 39 years of experience in the real estate industry carries significant weight, especially when you consider the diverse roles I've held during that time. My extensive background includes site acquisition for a major land developer in Southern California, engaging in Commercial Brokerage in Newport Beach, California, and owning a mortgage company for 12 years. Additionally, I was the founder and director of a vineyard and winery specialty group for a national commercial real estate company, and I have been involved in thousands of transactions throughout my career.

My primary focus for Commercial Real Estate and Residential Estate Properties lies in the beautiful regions of Sonoma, Napa, and Mendocino Counties. Additionally, my Winery and Vineyard business spans across all of California and Oregon. Meanwhile, my Commercial Lending services are exclusive to California, as is my Energy Consulting expertise.

Kevin not only represented my interests while leasing my restaurant space, but he was also consistently available to assist with any tenant issues that arose long after his work was completed.
